Project was delivered by SAP partner Okser and cloud specialist Sky.One .

The decision was made as a response to the coronavirus to allow the team to better work remotely. Before, the company only had local access to its ERP. Migration was done in 24 hours.

“We were surprised by the speed of the whole process. It was a need not only for the company, especially due to the imminent risk of contamination, but also to contribute to society”, says the CFO of Reclame Aqui, Luiz Chaves.

Founded in 2001, Reclame Aqui receives more than 800,000 daily visits and has more than 21 million registered consumers and 240,000 companies responding within the platform.

Sky.One was founded in 2014 and has 1,000 customers, including names such as Hirota Supermercados, Philips do Brasil, Fundação Abrinq, among others.

Okser made 150 B1 implementations, totaling 3,000 users.
