São Paulo, July 2021 – Sky.One , one of the 10 best companies to work for according to the Top 25 Startups LinkedIn Brazil ranking and holder of the Great Place To Work seal for three consecutive years, has opened a process for hiring 14 new job openings. internship related to the areas of Marketing, Sales, Development, Finance, IT Governance, New Business and Support. The selection process takes place until July 30th and the company expects to fill the vacancies until the beginning of August.
According to Sky.One 's Head of People Management, Aila Rodrigues, the purpose of the program is to train talent and transform them into the company's future, bringing Sky.One 's values and culture into their daily lives. “We thought of a program of approximately one and a half years, but with the possibility of hiring in record time for those who stand out, since 95% of our interns are hired before the end of their contracts”, she explains.
The selection process is made up of stages of logic and English tests, dynamics, interview with a People Management representative, interview with the Manager, feedback and hiring. Vacancies cover the hybrid work model and to qualify, candidates must be enrolled in a technologist or undergraduate course and be aligned with the company's values.

As support and social awareness, whenever we open this type of action, we get in touch with NGOs that work on the employability of minorities and we publicize it, encouraging people to sign up”, he says. The company already works with the employability of PWDs and will soon open a new group of minor apprentices.
Sky.One 's initiative with the Internship Program and the next actions in the HR area is in line with the company's objective of consolidating itself in the market as an employer brand. For this, part of the financial contribution of R$ 45 million received three months ago in a Series B round led by the Inovabra Ventures fund will be allocated to the development and hiring of people.
