Wish Group's trajectory with Skyone and expectations from this partnership
The Wish Group's relationship with Skyone is the result of the Joint Venture signed by the company in 2024 with Faitec , a company founded by Fabio Santana, current VP of Hospitality at Skyone, which has a large representation in the hotel segment.
Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director at Grupo Wish, reports that the partnership with Skyone has taken the use of technology to a new level, especially in terms of cloud computing and systems integration.
“Today we consider that we are at another level of technology use, both Cloud and integration”, says Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director of the Wish Ribeiro Group”.
Cloud Computing and Data, all on a single platform
For Grupo Wish, technological synergy required a robust cloud structure and easily integrable systems. Skyone met these needs by providing a platform that enabled the transformation of the group's monolithic systems into oriented services, facilitating the migration of business rules to the new platform.
“Today, what we have built in Skyone Platform Integration is a case for the hospitality market. We put all the business rules within the platform and took them from the system's database”, highlights Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director at Grupo Wish.
Additionally, all Wish Group systems, including Totvs, TSE and Omnibiz, are now in the cloud, with guest and reservation information being centralized in Skyone's Data Lake. This centralization allows for the efficient use of Artificial Intelligence to improve customer experience and optimize operations.

The migration to the cloud, carried out in conjunction with the Skyone technical team, was described as smooth and uneventful, maintaining continuity of services without significant downtime. Wish Group saw a significant reduction in operating costs and an improvement in the stability of the technological environment.
“Before, one or two hotels were unavailable. Today it is very rare, and when it occurs, it is resolved very quickly. Furthermore, important documents are now secure in the cloud, eliminating the risk of losing critical data”, says Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director at Grupo Wish Ribeiro.
