MA Hospitalar has integrated its internal platforms with Skyone and now has a complete infrastructure.

MA Hospitalar is a company based in Porto Alegre with 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Its core business is to enable healthcare professionals and services to use life-saving technologies, delivering customized solutions to hospital and clinic systems in operating rooms, outpatient clinics, intensive care units, and other environments. The company has 203 employees and partners with leading healthcare companies such as GE Healthcare, Hillroom, Medtronic, Amoul, and many others.
Skyone's first project with MA Hospitalar involved integrating the company's internal Zoho CRM platform with Power BI. The main objective was to deliver more assertive data management and optimize the sales team's decision-making by facilitating access to relevant business information in an integrated way. The second phase of this project involves integrating the Bionexo system – an online quotation tool for hospitals – with the TOTVS Protheus ERP system.
Challenges
MA Hospitalar underwent a restructuring in its IT area and other areas. As a consequence of this process, the need to implement new technologies was realized, with the goal of having a 360-degree view of its business and being able to scale more easily, generating growth.

After restructuring our IT team, we realized we were facing a major challenge. We had many integrations developed internally by former employees who, upon leaving, didn't leave behind clear documentation or any support for project monitoring. We realized we lacked good internal management, and one of the main problems was that we weren't notified if integration errors occurred. This only happened if users opened support tickets. We didn't have real-time monitoring of potential errors and problems. This made us very reactive and affected the quality of the end-user experience.
Solution: integration for smoother services
Skyone's iPaaS platform because of its ease of creating and replicating modules and integrations , and its low-code structure that allows the development of integrations from pre-designed components offered by the product. With Skyone, MA Hospitalar was able to individualize and automate data flows and monitor integrations in both aggregated and segregated ways.
We learned about Skyone through a recommendation from two of our partners. We closed a project to migrate our TOTVS Protheus ERP to the cloud , which was a success, and that's when we met Skyone. Initially, we wanted a connector between Zoho CRM and Power BI, something we had already quoted with another company, but with the extremely high cost and a scope of over 100 hours for this project, we realized it wasn't feasible for us at the time. When we learned about Skyone Solutions' iPaaS, in addition to the good cost-benefit ratio, the usability and ease of use of the low-code tool greatly interested us, and that's when we understood that we had found the right platform for our challenges, says Eduardo Costa Machado – IT Manager.
Integration Results
The project was a success and yielded many positive results. These included increased productivity in implementing new integrations, reduced complexity through the use of a low-code platform, and overall process optimization, as well as easier integration management and real-time error provisioning.
With the integration of Zoho CRM and Power BI – MA Hospitalar's internal ERP system – the benefit was the processing of data and the effective consolidation of databases, delivering accurate information quickly and efficiently to help the sales team make decisions.

"The project is constantly evolving, and our goal for the future is to concentrate 100% of our internal integrations with support from Skyone. In total, we currently have more than 30 integrations ready for migration to Skyone's iPaaS platform.".
Gabriel also mentions that the tool has brought ease and time savings to daily tasks, and that the platform's ecosystem of ready-made connectors has saved the internal team a lot of work.
