Traditional integration: a challenging and costly scenario for Inovage
Until adopting the system integration tool, Inovage performed its integrations in a traditional way, following the standard process with functional specifications and with the support of developers to handle front-end and back-end issues, as well as a developer specializing in the client's system in question.
As a result, they faced high development costs and required long project timelines, leading to customer dissatisfaction. Furthermore, maintenance was also a problem, as it was often performed by a different professional than the one who initially handled the integration. In these cases, the new professional often doesn't fully understand the project, and frequently even the documentation isn't sufficient to support them.

Since the first integration, there has been a 60% decrease in development time and a 50% decrease in project delivery time to the client. The development team can also optimize its resources by up to 30%, resulting in a significant reduction in costs.
It's important to highlight that Inovage utilizes a crucial feature of Skyone's solution: the Integration Gateway. Through this tool, they increased the reach of their integrations, allowing them to be made available on a marketplace or simply replicate integrations for projects with similar profiles.
