Like any company, we went through an adaptation process during the pandemic. But we were able to understand very quickly what our clients needed, and we acted extremely rapidly so that we could support them, pandemic or not, so that when they needed Fortes, we would be there, delivering a cloud offering that better suited their needs at that moment ,” comments Felipe.

By using the cloud, Fortes' clients gained in both performance and experience. The result was increased satisfaction with the services, both for those who already operated in the cloud and for those who had an on-premise infrastructure and chose to migrate to the cloud .

In the case of on-premises solutions, clients did not upgrade their infrastructure at the necessary speed. This resulted in declining performance over time, as the cloud is crucial for maintaining speed and providing significant daily gains.

In the case of customers who were on another cloud and moved to Skyone, an improvement was observed not only in speed but also in the way the cloud environment is managed. Customers began to have an experience similar to on-premises, but with the added benefits of the cloud.

The partnership also facilitated Fortes' entry into markets that had an expansion strategy.

We are a technology company that already has a large market share in the North and Northeast regions, and when we decided to expand to the South and Southeast, we saw a different level of digital maturity. This means that our potential clients already want a cloud-based offering because they already know the advantages, they know that the investments are lower, and they want the mobility to work ,” explains Felipe.

In large cities like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte, where many people already work from home, this mobility, along with speed and ease of access , are the most important factors in choosing a cloud-based solution.
