TuneSoft, a company with over 3 years in the market, has as its core business the credit analysis service for small and large companies. The Tiino platform, a product developed by the company, aims to automate and standardize credit analysis processes, applying customized algorithms to each client, classifying them and generating credit limits according to the analyzed profile.

Challenges 

With the arrival of new clients and the company's growth, it became necessary to find a systems integration solution that would allow scaling client onboarding and reducing the time between onboarding and generating results for the business. One of the major internal challenges is the diversity of systems used by clients; there are hundreds of software options on the market, each with its own integration logic. Our biggest challenge is that a large portion of our clients have limited technical knowledge; their IT departments, for example, are unfamiliar with HTTP practices or basic web communication, and this ended up significantly delaying our projects. We had clients whose integrations took almost six months to complete, and in many cases, we developed the code internally to speed up the process.

Gabriel further explains that even with all the explanatory documentation about the APIs and integrations provided to clients, development was difficult, and often his internal team provided customer support, taking up time they didn't have to try to serve the client in the best way possible.

We had a situation with a specific client where we were experiencing many integration problems; the project wasn't progressing, and we had been trying to resolve it for over 3 months without success. Today, the project is running smoothly; the client generates approximately 200 orders per day and has already surpassed 3000 orders integrated through the platform.
