“Today we consider that we are at a different level in the use of technology, both in terms of cloud computing and integration,” says Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director of the Wish Ribeiro Group.

Cloud Computing and Data, all on a single platform

For the Wish Group, technological synergy required a robust cloud infrastructure and easily integrable systems. Skyone met these needs by providing a platform that enabled the transformation of the group's monolithic systems into service-oriented systems, facilitating the migration of business rules to the new platform.

“Today, what we’ve built in terms of Skyone Platform Integration is a case study for the hospitality market. We’ve placed all the business rules within the platform and removed them from the system’s database,” highlights Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director of the Wish Group.

Furthermore, all of the Wish Group's systems, including Totvs, TSE, and Omnibiz, are now in the cloud, with guest and booking information centralized in Skyone's Data Lake. This centralization allows for the efficient use of Artificial Intelligence to improve the customer experience and optimize operations.

The migration to the cloud, carried out in conjunction with the Skyone technical team, was described as smooth and without incident, maintaining service continuity without significant downtime. The Wish Group saw a significant reduction in operating costs and an improvement in the stability of its technological environment.

“Before, one or two hotels would be unavailable. Today it is very rare, and when it happens, it is resolved very quickly. In addition, important documents are now safe in the cloud, eliminating the risk of losing critical data,” says Marcelo Ribeiro, IT Director of the Wish Ribeiro Group.
