Our services have not been conceived and are not intended to be used by children under 18. For this reason, we do not collect or voluntarily request information from under 18 on the forms available in our services. Thus, if we may receive information we will exclude it and do not keep it on our bases.

Skyone adopts, whenever applicable, governance measures that include impact assessments on personal data protection (DPIA), reinforcing our commitment to the Privacy by Design and the adoption of technical and organizational controls proportional to the risks involved, identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks before starting processing.

Skyone may even revise and update these evaluations periodically according to technological evolution and changes in the context of operations.

All personal data is stored in systems located in Brazil, the United States, Germany and other regions such as Asia (including India and Saudi Arabia), when applicable, observing the proper levels of data protection required by applicable legislation. We can also relocate and store these systems in any other country that offers a degree of proper personal data protection or observes the safeguards provided for in the LGPD and, when applicable, in GDPR, and always keeping them under our supervision and safely. In situations where we need to share personal data with a third party located outside Brazil, including Skyone Group companies, as well as ensuring the security and protection of personal data through contract, Sky, One will use one of the legal hypotheses of international transfer authorized by applicable legislation, in particular those provided for in articles 33 and following the general law of personal data protection (Law No. 13.709/2018) and International Data Transfer Regulation of ANPD (CD/ANPD Resolution 15/2024). 

When applicable, Skyone will also observe the obligations provided for by the General European Union Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the application of approved standard contractual contractual clauses, additional contractual guarantees and respect for the rights of holders resident in the European Union.
