Invested by Bradesco, Skyone raises R$60 million and targets M&As

The main new feature will be the unification of its platforms to expand companies' technological management, with MVP starting tests in November.

Recently, Skyone, a leader in cloud computing, data management and digital security services, celebrated a new milestone in its trajectory. In an investment round led by renowned manager Bewater, the company raised a significant R$60 million, boosting its vision of growth and innovation.

Bewater, recognized for its solid track record and experience in fast-growing companies, saw Skyone's potential as a unique investment opportunity. With a team composed of Carlos Degas Filgueiras, Fabio Armaganijan and Guilherme Weege, Bewater brought its expertise to further strengthen our successful journey.

This new investment, although it occurs at a time when we already have a solid history of growth, is closer to a “bridge” than a series C, as Brandão emphasized. With the fundraising, Skyone is ready to move to the next phase of its journey, focusing on mergers and acquisitions that complement our operations and diversify our portfolio of products and services.

With a business model based on platform as a service (PaaS), Skyone continues to project annual growth of around 50%, with revenue forecast close to R$400 million in 2024. Our customers, which include renowned companies such as Panasonic, Mambo and Grupo Nortis will continue to rely on innovative solutions and high quality services.
