Skyone's objective with the already consolidated partnership is to allow companies in the Vtex ecosystem to implement even more efficient and secure system integration, in addition to achieving greater cost reduction.
Skyone, a provider of technological platforms that simplify business and improve customer experience, will be one of the highlights at Vtex Day, the event focused on digital transformation in Latin America. Created by Vtex, a global digital commerce platform for large companies and retailers, the event will take place on June 5th and 6th, at São Paulo Expo.
According to Skyone Data's growth manager, Robson Del Fiol, the partnership between the companies, signed about a year ago, allowed Vtex platform customers to count on Skyone's support in the process of integrating their systems as applications. own, ERPs, CRMs and others, in an agile and simplified way.
In addition to integration, any customer can perform the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of Data, supplying a Data Lake or even a Data Warehouse, which according to Del Fiol, is one of the main needs of companies after having the integration resolved. The executive explains that the technology also uses low-code, reducing costs, facilitating maintenance, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and allowing an audit of all requests.
“With the partnership, companies can count on an innovative low-code and a complete marketplace, full of connectors ready to carry out their integrations, which allows them to use different applications and integrate them with their management system, avoiding connection failures. and promoting greater security and data synchronization”, reinforces the executive.
To date, customers of different sizes and countries have been served through this partnership, such as Panasonic, which will have its success story highlighted during Vtex Day, Jumpdigital, a company from Panama, which had its ERP Mahalo integrated with VTEX , the wine importer, Cellar Vinhos, among others.
Del Fiol comments that cost optimization is a benefit offered to most companies that implement the solution. “We measured a considerable cost reduction of up to 60%, especially for customers who used other integration solutions, as we offered pricing that was more responsive to the challenges and more attractive to the market,” he reveals.
Furthermore, retail is the most relevant segment for Skyone, which allows it to understand in greater depth the technological needs of these customers, who already have or intend to have an e-commerce. “In the case of many e-commerce sites, one of Vtex's target audiences, there may be software to validate the order with the bank, another to compute it and another to monitor stock. In other words, three systems that depend on the exchange of information precisely to guarantee efficient performance of the website, which is precisely what Skyone, through Skyone Data, delivers to companies”, he states.
Participation in Vtex Day consolidates partnership
To reinforce the strategic partnership, Skyone will launch, during Vtex Day, a training program for agencies that implement Vtex, in order to assist them in learning to fully use Skyone Data, enabling them to expand their portfolio, ensuring greater satisfaction and loyalty from your customers who can count on your current agency to implement and support the integration. “In addition to the program for agencies, we will make available an exclusive offer at the event, a 15% discount for VTEX customers”, says the executive.
Del Fiol, who will be present at Vtex Day, comments that this type of initiative is important to bring innovative solutions and tools to the market. The executive also reiterates that, with participation in Vtex Day, Skyone plans to present new possibilities for technological integration to companies and increase its presence among Vtex customers.
“Skyone’s purpose is to make medium and large companies more efficient through their Data. To achieve this, these must be available in the Cloud, integrated with agility and secure against any type of cyber attacks, topics that we can support assertively”, concludes Del Fiol.
